Aphasias
Classification of the aphasias by core language features — fluency, repetition, and comprehension — together with the typical lesion localization. The pattern of preserved versus impaired repetition is especially useful in distinguishing the perisylvian aphasias from the transcortical (border-zone) syndromes.
