- Neuro.Wiki — the 3D visualisation platform built around the model:
a WebGL viewer with search across every named structure, the 13 anatomical systems
you can show, hide or isolate, hemisphere filtering, peel-away of the enclosing
shells, and system colouring. On top of that a clinical layer —
function and lesion notes written for a neurology reader, keyed to
each structure — plus licence curation and this provenance chain. Part of the
Neuro.Wiki NeuroAtlas alongside the modernised Gray plate collection.
The model is redistributed under CC BY-SA 4.0 as its licence requires — geometry unmodified, split into one file per system so the cortex can render before the rest arrives.
⚠ The deep nuclei, hypothalamic zones and white-matter tracts are
registered, not segmented — approximate to about 7 mm. This atlas is
educational, not for clinical use, and not for measurement, targeting or planning.
